Andrew Pino, COO of Brookstone Creative Group, has been equipping creatives for more than 20 years. He is passionate about helping people recognize and walk out their calling. From full-time ministry to non-profit work to senior leadership in a large publically traded media company, Andrew has embraced his journey and used it to propel others forward in theirs. When Andrew is not working, he is fully engaged with his big family. He and his wife Amy have 4 young kids. Laila (10), Avery (8), Logan (5), and Maddox (3). This crew has done everything from renovate a 100 year old inner city home to running a small horse farm in the country. Now, the family calls the open road their home, as they have become full-time RVers exploring the beauty and wonder of America. Sounds crazy, right? Graham Central Station — Graham Ice Cream with Graham Cracker Swirl and Chocolate Flakes. Yes, it’s everything you wish it could be!
What’s one thing people wouldn’t know about you just by looking at you?
By the time I was 21, through serving in missions, I had travelled to 15 countries within South America, Africa, Europe, and Asia.

“It’s a marathon, not a sprint.”

Less Junk. More Journey.

If you could turn any activity into an Olympic sport, what would you have a good chance at winning a gold medal for?
Tasting and reviewing coffee, craft beer, and wine. I could medal in all 3 categories.
What is one song you have completely memorized?
“With or Without You” by U2 — and the entire Joshua Tree album.
Fun fact: I’m a singer and musician, so I have A LOT of songs memorized.
What fad or trend do you hope comes back?
MTV Unplugged. Certainly not a fan of all artists but loved the acoustic format and reimagined versions of the music.
